The frame is very high and dense with a lot of harmful air pollution, noise ... but also light pollution! Recently, the authorities recognize the increasing complaints from residents who have a city that is too bright, too bright at night and disturbs sleep and affects health.
To measure the importance of this photopollution, the University of Hong Kong collected for 3 years more than five million records brightness [1] from 18 sensors placed at various locations in the city: a network entitled Hong Kong Night Sky Brightness Monitoring Network (NSN). This network monitoring light pollution operates continuously and allows to create maps in real time.
